The RioSierra processing plant ensures meticulous traceability and handling of Organic, Rainforest Alliance, Café Practices, and Conventional coffees. 

Through rigorous inspection and dedicated identification processes, we uphold the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

Our processing facility combines high-throughput capacity for Excelso coffees with specialized lines dedicated to microlots, honey, and natural processes.
