RioSierra offers coffee parchment milling services, ensuring quality, traceability, and efficiency at every stage of the process. We preserve the integrity of the coffee beans while facilitating commercialization and export, connecting producer organizations with both national and international markets.

Our team ensures efficiency, traceability, and excellence throughout the entire process, while also supporting commercialization and export by linking producers to global markets. Our processing facility is focused on delivering quality, efficiency, and optimization. RioSierra operates with the vision of becoming one of the leading coffee processing plants in Colombia, bringing innovation and traceability to every stage of the value chain.

We offer storage services for parchment coffee, exportable green coffee, and by-products, meeting the requirements of various certifications, including Organic, Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade, and conventional standards.

We hold the following certifications: Organic, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, and FDA registration. For export, we comply with FT USA, Rainforest Alliance, and Organic certifications (NOP, EU, JAS). We are also FDA-registered for exports to the United States and hold Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) certification for exports to the European Union.

In addition, we facilitate coffee commercialization and export through tripartite agreements with coffee held at the mill, ensuring cash flow so that cooperatives can meet their payment obligations to producers, while accelerating compliance with client requirements. Through ElevaFinca’s specialized team, we connect producers with national and international markets.
